Our care plans are never “one size fits all.” Before a single caregiver enters your home, a Registered Nurse conducts a comprehensive clinical assessment. We look at the whole picture: physical health, mobility limitations, cognitive status, home environment safety, and personal preferences. This allows us to craft a routine that feels natural, respectful, and supportive rather than intrusive.

Unlike many other agencies, CuraVita Homecare is nurse-led . This means every Daily Care plan is created and monitored by a Registered Nurse. We don’t just send a sitter; we implement a care plan designed to monitor health and prevent hospital readmissions.
We typically require a minimum of 4 hours per visit to ensure we can provide meaningful care and attract high-quality staff, but we are flexible based on specific needs.
