Our RN-led team ensures every care plan is personalized to the client’s needs.

CDHCI (Client Directed Home Care Invoicing) is an Alberta Health Services program that allows eligible individuals to choose a private home care provider instead of being assigned one through the public system. CuraVita is a CDHCI-approved provider, meaning we can bill AHS directly for eligible clients.

If you qualify for the CDHCI program through Alberta Health Services, the cost of your approved home care hours is covered by AHS. CuraVita directly invoices Alberta Health Services, meaning eligible clients typically pay $0 out of pocket.

Eligibility is determined by your Alberta Health Services (AHS) Case Manager. If you already have an AHS case manager, you can request CuraVita as your preferred provider. If you are unsure about eligibility, our team can help guide you through the process.
